This policy applies to purchases made on our website and paid for by credit card. This policy does not apply to any other purchases. This policy may be revised without notice by Ski Players.

PAYMENT CURRENCY

All of our pricing is in Australian Dollars and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ski Players is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality accommodation. We endeavour to make sure that all booking availabilities shown on our website are in fact available, and pricing is true and correct. Standard confirmation of all bookings is within 3-5 business days of payment being received. In the event that a booking is not available or we are unable to provide your booking we will notify you within 3-5 business days to arrange an alternative booking or a refund.

REFUNDS

Please select your dates carefully. Ski Players does not allow cancellations except within the guidelines contained within the booking policy.

PRIVACY

We endeavor to meet fully, and where possible, exceed, the required standards of personal data privacy protection, in complying with the Privacy Act. In doing so, we will ensure compliance with strict standards of security and confidentiality.

We are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured.

Information we collect

Unless you choose to give us information about you, we do not collect any personally identifiable information from the visitors to our website.
